Fed Meeting | What to expect next

      Finally on last wednesday, Federal Reserve raised its interest rate by 0.75 percentage point. Fed chairman Jerome Powell said that it will likely become appropriate to slow the pace of interest rate increases.
     The committee seeks to achieve the most number of employment and inflation at the rate of 2.0% over the longer term.           Now the upcoming meeting is scheduled on 21st September.

Before this meeting the market was closely watching this meeting.

In the US Fed Meeting money markets were betting that Fed will raise rates by 75 bps (basis points). 

This Fed meeting was a big financial event not just for America but for the whole world.

The Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) meeting was scheduled at 26th - 27th July.
